**Times will be adjusted for lunch/prize presentations depending on time of play.

Pre-Tournament Nuances

Parking is located in the parking lot right in front of the clubhouse. Additional parking is available at the parking lot in front of the tennis courts if needed, but we do not expect to have to use that parking lot.

Registration begins at 7:00 AM and ends at 7:45 AM. Please be at the tournament and checked in by 7:45 AM so we can promptly start at 8:00 AM.

Golf Clubs are available for rent in the Pro Shop. There are a limited number available.

A light breakfast will be available and a full brunch experience will be provided. Breakfast will consist of breakfast sandwiches. Brunch will offer a wide range of selections with a host of entertainment for guests who choose to come enjoy the evening as well as the players of the tournament.

During the Tournament

Alcohol, soft drinks, and sports drinks will be available complimentary via the beverage ATV AS along the course and in the brunch area created on the front lawn of the clubhouse.

Light snacks will also be provided for each player in their golf carts at the start of the tournament.

No money will be exchanged on the course, so please purchase ALL extras prior to leaving the clubhouse for play. We will cut off mulligan and players package sales promptly at 7:45 AM. Please bring exact change. Mulligans are $10/each.

Rules

The official rule sheet will be available at the registration table and each player must agree to the rules
before play.

FOUR-PERSON SCRAMBLE: EACH PLAYER TEES OFF, SELECT THE BALL IN THE BEST POSITION, EACH PLAYER HITS THEIR SECOND SHOT FROM THAT POINT. CONTINUE THIS PROCEDURE UNTIL THE BALL HAS BEEN HOLED OUT. BOGIE IS YOUR PARTNER.

Prizes

Each golfer will be given a gift bag.
Tournament winners (1st, 2nd, 3rd place teams) will be awarded prizes.

Tournament will be called for rain, tentative time, no later than 6am on Saturday, June 28th, 2025.
We will notify team captains, media, and volunteers via email and text if we have your contact number.
